Return | Exchange Policy

  • Faulty Goods | Once item is received back and reviewed for Faulty Damage and approved either exchange of new product will be sent or refund will be issued at 100% purchase price - refund will be issued back to original form of payment. Please allow 10-12 business day for refund to process. Return Shipping Return label will be provided. 
  • Non-Faulty Goods | A restocking fee of 20% plus cost of shipping will apply to all Non-Faulty Goods.
  • All merchandise must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and tags intact.
  • We recommend re-using the original package your items arrived in to send back merchandise.
  • All items are subject to inspection.

Please note: If the product is in a used condition, we will not be able to offer you a remedy for non faulty goods. Faulty goods will be reviewed case by case.

Process Return - 

  • Send email to angelina@amwperspective.com
  • Included - Order Number, Product, Name and Address, Reason for Return
  • Faulty Goods - Describe Damage - please include photo of damage
  • Non-Faulty Goods - Reason for return -  A restocking fee of 20% plus cost of shipping will apply to all Non-Faulty Goods.
  • All items are subject to inspection.
